1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information ThoughtPredict collects, how we use it, and your choices. "We," "us" refers to 3PKG.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly:
- Waitlist signup: name, email address, country, and (optionally) a referral code.
- Investor inquiries and general contact messages: name, email, and message content, and for investor requests, firm name and check-size range.
- Account/profile: display name, country, and avatar, if you set one.
Information from Google Sign-In: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google, which we use to create and link your ThoughtPredict account. We only request the minimum information needed for sign-in.
Automatically collected information: basic usage data (such as pages visited) may be collected to help us understand how the Service is used and to keep it secure.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your waitlist position, tier, account, and Insight Coins balance.
- To track and credit referrals.
- To send you waitlist-related emails (such as confirmation of your position, or a welcome email after signup) and, if you don't opt out, occasional product updates.
- To respond to contact and investor inquiries.
- To detect and prevent fraud, including referral abuse and duplicate accounts.
- To improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Google user data specifically
ThoughtPredict's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google account information solely to authenticate you and create your ThoughtPredict profile — not for any other purpose, and not shared with third parties beyond the service providers listed below.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Children's privacy
ThoughtPredict is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18. If we learn we've collected information from someone under 18, we'll delete it.
8. Your rights and choices
You can:
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
- Unsubscribe from non-essential emails via the link in those emails.
- Revoke ThoughtPredict's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions.

9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including our hosting provider's built-in access controls and row-level security. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
10. International users
If you access ThoughtPredict from outside Canada, your information will be transferred to and processed in Canada, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version.
