1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using ThoughtPredict (the "Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What ThoughtPredict currently is
ThoughtPredict is currently a pre-launch, play-money prediction platform. Users predict on real-world event outcomes using Insight Coins, a virtual in-app currency with no cash value. The Service does not currently involve real-money trading, wagering, or gambling of any kind. Any future real-money markets are a separate, conditional phase described in Section 8.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ThoughtPredict. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register.
4. Your account
You may create an account via email or by signing in with Google. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to claim additional early-access tiers, referral bonuses, or Insight Coins is prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of coins/rewards across all associated accounts.
5. Insight Coins
Insight Coins are a virtual, in-app currency with no cash value. They:
- Cannot currently be purchased with real money, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, cashed out, or transferred for real currency or cryptocurrency.
- May be awarded, adjusted, or reset by us at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
- Do not represent a deposit, investment, or ownership stake of any kind.
- Are not guaranteed to have any value, function, or utility in the future, even if a token or real-money feature is later introduced (see Section 8).
6. Waitlist tiers and referrals
Early-access tiers, starting coin balances, referral bonuses, and any associated benefits (such as future fee discounts) are promotional, described on the Early Access section of our site, and may change. Referral rewards require a genuine, verified new signup — using bots, fake accounts, or incentivized/paid signups to generate referrals is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the associated rewards and account termination. Timelines referenced anywhere on the Service (including our Roadmap) are targets, not commitments.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems; scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service; use bots or automated means to create accounts or generate referrals; impersonate any person or entity; or upload harmful code.
8. Future real-money markets and any future token
We may, in the future and at our sole discretion, introduce real-money markets and/or a utility or governance token. Any such feature is conditional on completing appropriate legal and regulatory review, is not guaranteed to launch, and will only be made available where and to whom it is lawful to do so. Nothing in these Terms, on our website, or in any communication from us is an offer or solicitation to sell any security, and nothing should be interpreted as a promise of future value, payout, or return. 9. Third-party services
We use Google Sign-In for authentication and Lovable Cloud for hosting and data storage. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
10. Intellectual property
The ThoughtPredict name, logo, and site content are owned by 3PKG or its licensors. You may not use our branding without written permission.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3PKG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because Insight Coins have no cash value, our aggregate liability relating to Insight Coins, tiers, or rewards is limited to zero.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including referral abuse or multiple-account creation. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy).
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be brought before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Canada.
